Workforce Strategic Plan Series (3: Workforce Strategic Direction)

This workshop will begin the process of supporting Human Resource Directors in beginning to think about the direction their strategic workforce plans should take based on the 2 previous workshops.

 

Within this workshop the Human Resource Directors will be asked a series of vital questions all aiming at assessing the strengths and weaknesses within their respective CHCs and begin to support them in the process of identifying the direction, goals, and overall plans to include within their strategic workforce plans.

 

Objectives:

By the end of the training session attendees will:

• Comprehend the Strategic Direction Questions and analyze how each question impacts their organization
• Comprehend and interpret the ACU Strategic Planning Document according to their organization's specific needs

 

Who should attend:

Human Resource Directors at Community Health Centers and other employees of Community Health Centers supporting Workforce Development

Participants will join this session via Zoom and will require access to high-speed internet and a computer                                    with audio and visual capabilities. After registration you will be sent a Zoom link to join the class day of.
