This workshop will support Human Resource Directors from CHC organizations to dive into their previous and current recruitment, retention, and staff advancement practices and policies while supporting them in improving and strengthening them for the strategic workforce plans, they are creating.
This workshop will incorporate a Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion lens to support the HRDs in improving their practices for the future of their organizations as they begin to set goals and metrics which will be included within their strategic workforce plans.
By the end of the training session attendees will:
• Understand the Recruitment, Retention, & Staff Advancement Matrix and how it applies to their organization
• Review the ACU Retention & Recruitment Plan Template in order to create their own plan
• Comprehend the importance of the Inclusive Job Applications & Job Interview Questions Toolkit and configure a way to apply it within their organizations practice
• Learn about the STAR2 Center Building an Inclusive Organization Toolkit and integrate parts of it into their plan
