This 3-part virtual program in intended to support Connecticut Health Centers in their 2022 UDS report preparation and submission. The training addresses each of the report’s tables, including a discussion of changes for 2022 and the definitions necessary to complete the report.

Session 1: Tuesday October 25th, 10:00am – 12:00pm

  • Overview of UDS Reporting (who, what, where, when, how)
  • Understanding the UDS in relation to other 330 grant or Look-Alike information
  • Patient demographic tables (Zip code table; Tables 3A, 3B, 4)

Session 2: Wednesday October 26th, 10:00am – 12:00pm
