In the community of CHC’s there is often the situation where an individual is shifted from a Team Member, to a Team Manager.  As you begin (or consider) your new role as a manager, it is important to realize you need to be ready for the shift in mindset, priorities, and expectations.  This is essential not only for you to be successful as a manager, but also for success of your team members.

  2. How to establish expectations of your team and of yourself
  3. How to communicate before, during and after potentially challenging situations

Who should attend:

New or aspiring managers or supervisors
