This workshop will support Human Resource Directors in pooling together all the important information impacting their respective stakeholder which has a large impact on their organization including workforce trends, populations served, and other vital information that will be factored into their strategic workforce plans.
Similar to the first session this workshop will support Human Resource Directors in collecting all the important information they will need to have in hand in order to develop their strategic workforce plans through a series of assessments and questions.
Objectives:
By the end of the training session attendees will:• Understand and be able to complete their Key Stakeholder Data Matrix
• Evaluate their organizations Policy & Payment structure by utilizing the Review Questions
• Comprehend their organizations Workforce Trend and utilize the assessment provided
• Reflect on data collected from the Internal & Stakeholder Assessments
