Providing clear, timely, meaningful feedback improves employee performance. This sounds like a simple concept, but it can be tricky to make sure its accurate, timely, openly received, and effective.

In this course, participants will learn how to deliver feedback on job performance and work-related behavior. To develop yourself both professional and personally it is important to know how to give effective feedback, ask for feedback, and use the responses to improve performance.  Tips and activities during this course are intended to help continue your development and improve your relationships

  • Increasing personal comfort level in asking for feedback
  • Identify and apply tools for overcoming personal blind spots
  • How to apply the “growth mindset”
  • How to provide effective and unbiased feedback to others

Individuals who are in a supervisory capacity, or aspiring supervisors

Participants will join this session via Zoom, and will require access to high-speed internet and a computer with audio and visual capabilities. After registration you will be sent a Zoom link to join the class day of.
