When you are in a meeting with a data presentation or asked to present data, do you feel like it’s a foreign language?  Join CHCACT to increase your data literacy!  Data literacy is the ability to accurately read, analyze, and apply data and it’s no longer just the responsibility of the data analyst.    It’s a crucial skill for team members of all levels, but even more important in a role of manager or supervisor.

The more you are able to read and interpret data accurately and effectively, the more you are able to impact your health centers operations.   You don’t have to be a math wizard to be data-literate within your health center.

This multi-session program will provide you will skills to collect, enter, and perform calculations with data in MS-EXCEL spreadsheets, and to utilize basic statistical techniques to analyze and present the data in words, graphs and charts.

This virtual learning session will help to:

  1. Demonstrate how you can integrate data driven decision making into your everyday work
  2. Increase your level of data literacy
  3. Learn and recognize best practices for requesting, cleaning, analyzing, visualizing, and sharing data

Who should attend:
