The 2019 Annual Community Health Summit will bring together health center leaders, community partners and other stakeholders to demonstrate the work of health centers within our state. Through breakout sessions attendees will explore Innovation, Integration, Value and Collaboration, to help continue to create a healthier Connecticut for all.
The Community Health Summit will have a national audience, with an expected attendance of 250+ people, including clinicians, government officials, health center staff and other individuals from the health care and social services communities.
