We are presently recruiting for a full-time IT Help Desk Support Technician for our Stamford locations. This position will be responsible for providing IT support in multiple offices. Travel between the various locations is required.
The IT Help Desk Support provides first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems. Duties include responding to requests for technical assistance by phone, email and/or using a help desk management system. Following up and tracking ticket resolution, escalating more involved problems to the appropriate level support team, utilizing general troubleshooting techniques in order to diagnose and resolve end user issues.
Knowledge and ability to configure, upgrade, support Windows clients (XP/7 operating system software, Office 2003/2010 suite software applications, including Outlook and Outlook Web Access clients). one – two years desk help experience and healthcare experience preferred.
