Psychiatric APRN

Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. seeks full time Psychiatric APRNs (Advanced Practice Registered Nurses).  Under the direction of the Chief of Behavioral Health, the position is responsible for providing out-patient individual, group and family behavioral health care services, including medication management, to patients of the Greater Danbury Community Health Center.  The position will assess psychosocial needs of the patient, develop treatment plans, conduct individual, group and family therapy, and facilitate necessary referrals. Successful candidates must possess an RN & APRN license from the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health, DEA Registration, and CSR from the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health.
