Physician – MD/DO

We are seeking an enthusiastic Board-Certified Physician (MD/DO) to join the team at a PCMH-accredited 20+ year old Federally Qualified Health Center in East Hartford, Connecticut, serving 22,000 patients, primarily east of the CT River in the towns of East Hartford, Manchester, and Vernon. Our ideal candidate would have a strong drive to work with underserved communities, would be comfortable practicing independently as well as part of a larger team, and have a desire to be a part of a growing team to innovate the care delivery model.
