The Community Health and Wellness Center of Greater Torrington is seeking a Primary Care/ Infectious Disease Physician to join our amazing team.

Job Summary: Responsible for providing coordinated and quality primary care services to patients utilizing the clinical services of Community Health & Wellness Center. Physician will also be responsible for providing infectious disease services to the patients in the Ryan White program and others.

The Physician will be knowledgeable about agency and clinical policies, keep all patient information the performance of selected procedures. Qualifications:

M.D. degree from an accredited medical school. Documented completion of a residency from an accredited institution in an appropriate specialty. Board certification or Board eligibility desirable. Current licensure in State of Connecticut. Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses.
