Physician – Family Practice – Part or Full Time
Due to our recent expansion, Community Health & Wellness Center, a federally qualified healthcare center (FQHC) located in Torrington, Connecticut is looking for a Physician to join our team.

Providers can receive up to fifty thousand tax-free dollars to repay health profession student loans in exchange for a two-year commitment to work at an approved NHSC site in a high-need, underserved area.
