Pediatric (SBHC) Nurse Practitioner
Greater Danbury Community Health Center (GDCHC) seeks a full time Nurse Practitioner. Under the direction of the Medical Director and the School Based Health Center Manager (SBHC), the position is responsible for providing primary health care to school aged children who are eligible and enrolled in the School Based Health Center Program located in the Greater Danbury area Public Schools. The position will also be responsible for providing primary care to the pediatric patients of the Greater Danbury Community Health Center (GDCHC). Successful candidates must possess a current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license from the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health.
