United Community and Family Services is looking for an ambitious, compassionate, self-motivated LPN who desires to be part of a mission driven culture and provides quality patient-centered care to our clients. This team player will utilize critical thinking skills to interpret complex information in a multidisciplinary setting to guide patients and families to health and wellbeing across the continuum of care in an outpatient setting.

- High School degree
- Current CT LPN license
- 1+ years’ healthcare experience
- CPR certified
- Comprehensive medical and dental insurance (UCFS pays 80%)
