Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Optimus Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Care Center with sites in Bridgeport, Stamford, and Stratford, CT. We are the largest provider or primary health care services in Fairfield County, proudly serving all patients regardless of their income, race, or insurance status.
We are presently recruiting for an experienced Bi-lingual Spanish LCSW or a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist or Licensed Professional Counselor to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team providing services for primarily children, and adolescents for our 805 Atlantic Street location. The incoming Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide a variety of psycho-social services including initial evaluations, treatment planning, and case management. .
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in social work from an accredited school of social work or from an accredited Marriage & Family Therapist program
CT Licensure
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary staff and outside providers
Bilingual in English/Spanish Preferred or must be willing to use translation services if needed
Medication Assisted Treatment or Suboxone waiver preferred and/or willing to obtain waiver within 12 months of hire.
