LCSW – Spanish Speaking

Community Health & Wellness Center has an opening for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is fluent in Spanish.

The LCSW is responsible for the assessment, treatment planning and delivery of outpatient behavioral health therapy services. Member of a dynamic multidisciplinary treatment team. Develops initial and recurring treatment plans with patients. Performs suicide risk assessments, violence risk assessments, and mental status exams. Provides individual, group, and family therapy and crisis intervention services to assigned patient case load.

Master’s degree in Social Work, and current State of Connecticut licensure as an LCSW required.
