Greater Danbury Community Health Center (GDCHC) seeks Pediatric and Adult full-and part – time Licensed Clinical Social Worker(s) (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Danbury. Under the direction of the Chief of Behavioral Health, the position is responsible for providing individual, group and family behavioral health care services to pediatric and adult patients of GDCHC. The position will assess psychosocial needs of the patient, develop treatment plans, conduct individual, group and family therapy, and facilitate necessary referrals.
