Minding the Baby® (MTB) is an intensive home visiting program for young pregnant women and their families. The program combines health and social work support and is delivered from the third trimester of pregnancy until the baby reaches the age of two, by a multi-disciplinary team including a nurse and social worker/therapist.
MTB aims to promote maternal and child mental health and positive outcomes for babies, mothers, and their families. We are seeking an experienced and motivated nurse who can help to deliver this program. All staff receive training in the MTB model, weekly clinical supervision, and on-going support from the MTB model developed at Yale University.
