Dental Director/Dentist

Community Health & Wellness Center is currently seeking to fill a full time, 40 hour opening for Dental Director/Dentist. This is a great opportunity for a Dentist with 3+ years of experience and 1-2 years of supervisory experience to work in a beautiful modern facility that embraces a collaborative work environment. This position is 60 % clinical and 40% administrative.
Qualifications – Required:
Dental degree from an accredited university
Current State of Connecticut dental license with active DEA and Controlled Substance Registration
Duties include:
Provides direct patient care as a member of the clinical team working with Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants; works effectively with the CEO and staff; has effective communication skills with patients and staff ; applies sound administrative principles and methods in the management of diverse personnel and dental care programs for optimum results; ability to set priorities and make decisions on dental health care programs and issues and successfully balance administrative duties and staff supervisory duties while providing comprehensive dental care
