The Director of Finance and Revenue Cycle is responsible and accountable for the strategic planning, leadership and ongoing continuous quality and process improvement for the Finance Department and revenue cycle.
· Provides direction and oversight of revenue cycle operations, including but not limited to charge capture, billing, claim follow-up and collections, payment application, and denials management
· Develop strategies across all functional departments to exceed cash collections, reduce days in AR, and reduce denial and adjustment rates.
· Partners with Operations and Senior Leadership around all aspects of the revenue cycle.
As assigned by the CFO, maintain & oversee the company’s financial system of
accounts in collaboration with the accounting manager, and keep books and records on all company transactions and assets, including its general ledger, accounts payable,
accounts receivable, inventories and other accruals (pension/payroll/payroll
taxes), payroll journal, and general journal using generally accepted accounting
principles and practices.
Previous healthcare experience required and 7+ years related experience. Master’s degree preferred.
