Clinical Supervisor – Behavioral Health
Mental Health Clinical Supervisor – LCSW/LPC – SIGN ON BONUS!
Overview:
Family Centers is a private, non-profit organization offering education and human services to children, adults, and families living in Lower Fairfield County. Our counseling and mental health services help individuals, groups, couples and families resolve a wide range of personal and relationship issues. All services are facilitated by trained mental health professionals and provided in our licensed and accredited centers located in Greenwich and Stamford
The Role:
Family Centers is currently seeking experienced licensed professionals to provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff. In addition to the job responsibilities laid out in the Clinician Job Description (attached), responsibilities include:
Supporting the Senior Director of Behavioral Health in implementing policies and procedures in keeping with regulatory requirements.
Participating in Annual Evaluations & Competencies, Performance Improvement Plans and Individual Development Plans.
Involvement in Family Centers Quality Improvement projects, which include completing clinical chart reviews.
Attending agency and departmental meetings, including team meeting, supervisors meeting, and case conferences.
Active involvement in Family Centers Trauma Response Team
Representing Family Centers at community-based meeting
Covering after hours’ line as scheduled

Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LPC, LMFT
Supervisory Experience
Experience working with a wide range of populations
Grief counseling helpful
Evening work required
Knowledge and experience with electronic health records
Flexibility to provide counseling both in person and virtually
Also seeking Bilingual Spanish
