Chief Financial Officer

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be responsible for planning, controlling, and direction of the fiscal and IT operations of Community Health and Wellness Center. Overall, this position will oversee the administration of budgeting, accounting, purchasing, payroll, grants management, audit, internal and external reporting, financial planning and analysis, compliance with regulatory requirements, revenue management, reimbursement, billing functions and information technology functions for the Community Health Center. His/her leadership will ensure that financial policies/procedures/controls are consistently implemented. Required Qualifications:

  • Education
  • B.S. or Masters in Business Administration or Accounting is required.
  • A minimum of three to five years experience in the following areas:

Budget preparation and fiscal management; Experience in computer accounting programs; grant management experience; Previous Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC) experience desired.
