Registered Dietician Nutritionist

Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. / Greater Danbury Community Health Center (GDCHC) seeks to hire a full-time Registered Dietician Nutritionist to work with the patients of our Federally Qualified Health Center. The Nutritionist will serve as the key contact in our primary care areas to educate patients on managing their chronic health issues by utilizing diet plans, exercise, and remedies. The primary client focus for the educator will be the general adult population receiving health care services at GDCHC. The Nutritionist will attend, present, or promote at educational seminars and local health fairs and manage nutrition service programs as they become available as directed by the CMO and/or his/her designee. Successful candidates must possess a Dietician / Nutritionist License issued by the State of CT. Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
