- Go to the AmeriCorps Portal and click on “Apply to Serve”. Complete your application in full and submit it to our program, CHCACT Community HealthCorps. The AmeriCorps application includes employment and volunteer history, a motivational statement, a volunteer statement, and two references.
- Please email a resume with a cover letter expressing why you would make a good candidate for our program to Meaghan McCoy at mmccoy@chcact.org.
