On Tuesday, August 5, 2025, CHC/ACT proudly partnered with Cornell Scott – Hill Health Center to host the 2025 Connecticut Healthcare for the Homeless Symposium in Bridgeport.
Hundreds of health care professionals came together to address the growing challenges of serving individuals without stable housing.
From opening care sites in homeless resource centers to addressing the urgent need for affordable housing, the symposium highlighted one powerful truth: housing is healthcare, and everyone deserves access to quality care.
