Are you looking to improve your persuasive communication skills? Is your agency required to meet CLAS Standards? Then join us for a half-day workshop that will focus on how to tell your agency’s story and advocate for providing effective, equitable, understandable, and respectful quality care and services that are responsive to diverse cultural health beliefs and practices. Learn how to tell the compelling, real world stories that state and local policymakers need to hear to understand why it is so important improve health equity.
