Psychological First Aid (PFA) is an evidence-informed modular approach to help children, adolescents, adults, and families in the immediate aftermath of disaster and terrorism. PFA is designed for delivery in diverse settings including: Emergency Shelters, Family Assistance Centers, Field Hospitals & Medical Triage Areas, Staging Areas/Respite Centers, Crisis Hotlines, Emergency Operations Centers, Homes, Businesses, Community Events, etc…
