This first and third Friday of every month CHCACT holds a Project ECHO Clinic. Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) was developed by the University of New Mexico to link expert specialist teams at a "hub" with primary care clinicians in local communities, or "spokes." These primary care clinicians become part of a learning community, where they receive mentoring and feedback from specialists.
