Identifying Adolescent Victims of Human Trafficking

Human trafficking & commercial sexual exploitation is a significant public health concern. Over 87% of survivors report having contact with medical providers while being trafficked. However, victims of trafficking report not disclosing their status to providers due to obstacles including fear, shame, language barriers, & limited time with staff.
