From May 1, 2017 – May 31, 2018 – 2-1-1 Connecticut made over 15,000 referrals to food-related programs and services statewide. The Connecticut 2-1-1 database currently lists close to 400 Food Pantries and over 100 Soup Kitchens. Join us to learn about these resources, as well as other Food resources such as the Summer Meals Program, the Commodity Supplemental Food Program, WIC, Home Delivered Meals and Summer Farmers Markets.
CHCACT plays an active role in health policy discussions by participating on key advisory councils. We provide on-going information on community health center programs and clinical performance to Connecticut's decision-makers, elected officials and residents.
