In this hands-on and highly interactive virtual training, participants gain crucial Behavioral Interviewing skills needed to hire the right staff for the long-term. Using the Zoom video conferencing platform, we work together in both large and small groups and conduct hands-on exercises to replicate the “face-to-face” experience we are currently unable to have in person.
