This 4-part virtual program is intended to support Connecticut Health Centers in their 2020 UDS Report Preparation. The training addresses each of the report’s tables, including a discussion of the changes that have been made and the definitions necessary to complete the Report.
Each of the virtual learning sessions are:

• Table 6A; selected diagnosis and services
|Part III||Wednesday November 4th, 2020||9:00-10:30am||• Tables 6B & 7: Clinical quality measure reporting,
• Forms (HIT, Other Data Elements, Workforce Training)
|Part IV||Friday November 6th, 2020||9:00-10:30am||• Table 8A: Costs, Table 9D: Patient-Related revenue
• Table 9E: Other revenue
• Addressing outstanding questions
Who should attend:
The UDS training is aimed at those who are responsible for gathering and reporting the data elements included in the UDS Report, as well as management and clinical staff who need to understand the definitions and concepts used.
