CHC/ACT Conference

On Thursday, November 14, and Friday, November 15, 2024, CHC/ACT hosted the CHC/ACT Conference 2024: Navigating Toward a Healthier Connecticut at the Hilton in Mystic. This in-person event brought together CHC/ACT members, partners, experts, and key stakeholders to demonstrate and improve the work of health centers within our state.
