Cooperative Agreements to Implement Zero Suicide in Health Systems

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) is accepting applications for Cooperative Agreements to Implement Zero Suicide in Health Systems. The purpose of this program is to implement suicide prevention and intervention programs that are designed to raise awareness of suicide, establish referral processes, and improve care and outcomes for individuals aged 25 and older who are at risk for suicide. Grantees will implement all components of the Zero Suicide model throughout their health system. Applications are due by July 18.

A pre-application webinar for the Zero Suicide program will take place on June 2 from 2 to 3 p.m. ET. To participate, connect online, and call 1-800-857-2949 and enter participant passcode 8457687.
