Award winning workplace, United Community & Family Services, is seeking a Psychiatric APRN to join our team! In collaboration with the UCFS Behavioral Health Team, the Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing quality client centered psychiatric care services for patients including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, routine follow ups and emergency interventions. Develop and implement patient psychiatric treatment plans, records, and progress notes per agency policies and procedures and approved protocols developed within the guidelines of the Connecticut Nurse Practice Act.

The Qualified Candidate is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensed in Connecticut and will have:
- Two year’s experience
- Hold certification Psychiatric Nursing
- Masters of Science in Nursing or Equivalent Degree
- Relevant experience working with, evaluating and prescribing for mental and behavioral health diagnosies
