Acts as receptionist and eligibility verifier for Mobile Medical Unit (MMU). Under general supervision, coordinates or performs eligibility determinations and other related activities associated with Medicaid benefits or sliding fee scale discounts for the underserved, uninsured or needs of any clients. Serves as liaison with community, state and federal agencies to coordinate client benefits and services. Responsibilities include practice-related finance and billing procedures and customer service standards.
