We are currently seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our Behavioral Health & Primary Care Team at our location in Norwich, CT! The successful applicant will provide overall clinical support, clinical consultation to the primary care team and patients involved in the practice. The successful applicant will collaborate with the care team to ensure early screening and detection of mental health and substance use disorders. As well as serve as a resource for the care teams and patients to access services such as peer/family counseling and support, screening, assessment, brief treatment, consultative services, education and engagement, linkages, outreach and advocacy.

The Qualified Candidate will have:
• Current CT State Licensure LCSW
• Experience with Substance Use Disorders
• Bilingual, Spanish Speaking highly preferred
