We are currently recruiting a LICENSED CLINICIAN for the Intensive & Intermediate Department in our Hartford location. This position requires clinical licensure in Connecticut (LCSW, LMSW or LADC).
This individual will:
Conduct full bio-psycho-socials
Provide clinical treatment services in the form of triage, crisis intervention, individual, group and/or family therapy, screening and planning
Develop treatment plans and evaluate their effectiveness
Advocate and develop networks of social and clinical services to assist clients in meeting identified needs
Complete required documentation related to client treatment
To be considered for this position, an applicant MUST meet the following requirements:
Current Connecticut clinical licensure (LCSW, LMSW or LADC). A candidate about to sit for licensure may be considered. Individuals who are not licensed unless their licensure is imminent will not be considered.
Ability to diagnose for both mental health and addictions
A thorough knowledge of addiction issues and the services, programs and entitlements available in Connecticut
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
The ability to produce concurrent documentation via electronic health record
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Current computer skills/ability to type efficiently
