The BHS Training and Clinical Consultation Specialist will provide clinical consultation and develop and implement BHS wide trainings and initiatives based on community need, service expertise and state and national trends that result in premier service delivery and positive client outcomes.

Licensing supervision provided. Our therapists are provided an encouraging and collaborative team environment. Training provided for orientation and onboarding, evidence-based models, and CEU training.
- Master’s Degree (MA, MFT, MSW)
- CT State Licensure LCSW, LMFT, LPC
- 5-7 years’ professional experience
- 3-5 years experience in clinical practice including evidence based practices
