State of CT DMHAS RFQ for Partnering Providers

The federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has released the Promoting Integration of Primary and Behavioral Health Care (PIPBHC) Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA). As part of CT’s effort to apply for this grant, DMHAS is releasing this RFQ to select the partnering providers. This effort will not result in a contract award unless DMHAS receives the grant award for the application being submitted to SAMHSA.

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Consumer Advocacy for Transformation

5.5.17

The Consumer Advocacy for Transformation program will fund state-based or local consumer health advocacy projects that aim to develop and insert an organized, influential and permanent consumer voice in state and local health system changes. These health system changes should increase health care value by preserving efforts to increase access to care, improving health outcomes, and lowering costs, especially for populations with disproportionately poor health outcomes.

Becton Dickinson

4.19.17

As part of a multi-year initiative, Becton Dickinson is providing awards to community health centers with innovative programs in medication therapy management. The initiative, implemented together with Direct Relief and NACHC, provides support for programs that will operate over a two year period to improve care to vulnerable populations. Four (4) awards of $200,000 each will be awarded. Applications are due April 19th, 2017, and applicants must be NACHC members. Questions can be submitted to usaprograms@directrelief.org
