your representative will have the ability to remotely connect to your computer.
Please note that support is not provided via this utility without your first
being directed to this page and by appointment only.

unless you are directed to do so.
As part of the remote support process, your support representative may be
be exposed to PHI(Protected Health Information). Please ensure that your Business Associates Agreements
are up date and include HDC Information Systems Support activites which may include technical and usage
support of PECS, HDNR, HealthDisparities.net, and the Northeast Cluster Virtual Office (SharePoint) usage.
