Receiving Information Systems Support for HDC related activities requires that you first create an issue in the HealthDisparities.net help desk system. Please go to www.healthdisparities.net for assistance.

As part of the HDC IS Support delivery process, you may be directed to this page to begin a remote support session, where by clicking the yellow button below, your representative will have the ability to remotely connect to your computer.
Please note that support is not provided via this utility without your first being directed to this page and by appointment only.
Please do not attempt to initiate a remote support session unless you are directed to do so.

As part of the remote support process, your support representative may be be exposed to PHI(Protected Health Information). Please ensure that your Business Associates Agreements are up date and include HDC Information Systems Support activites which may include technical and usage support of PECS, HDNR, HealthDisparities.net, and the Northeast Cluster Virtual Office (SharePoint) usage.
