Position Description:

Regional Dental Director

Location: Willimantic

Job Summary: Reports to the Chief Dental Officer. Provide leadership in the development and delivery of dental services for the designated site(s) and other mobile and community-based dental services in the area. Works closely with the Chief Dental Officer, providers and other management team members to establish and reach organizational goals. Must possess ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with little supervision. Must have good judgment and ability to make appropriate decisions. Must maintain complete confidentiality.

Requirements

Qualifications: Dental Degree from an accredited dental school. Current licensure in the State of Connecticut. Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience. Minimum of two (2) years management and supervisory experience. Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance License. Must be current CPR certified. Ability to be clinically fluent in Spanish preferred.
