BHS Community Based Programs Supervisor-Parent Aide & ISP (Intensive Safety Planning)

Job Summary:
Master's Degree - MSW/MA/MFT and license eligibility. A minimum of 5 - 7 years of related experience with the client population, of which at least 3-5 years is at a coordinator/supervisory level. Additional experience is preferred. Ability to work with scheduling flexibility to ensure program needs are met. A valid CT State driver's license and reliable insured vehicle. Bi-Cultural/bi-lingual candidates preferred, English/Spanish speaking & writing.
Position Description:
To provide administrative, clinical and programmatic over site of two DCF funded community based programs, PA & ISP. To ensure consumer needs, UCFS policies & standards and contractual obligations are met; including program/service delivery, operating budget accountability, clinical supervision & support, contracts/funding source compliance & relations and staff supervision.
