Part time position (20 hours); Bachelors/Masters Degree preferred, must have several years experience in human resources with minimal two years experience at senior management level. Experience in development of human resource benefits and policies, compensation systems, employment/compensation law and government compliance regulations. Strong interpersonal communications and computer skills.
