Credentialing Service

Community Health Centers spend endless hours and manpower gathering and processing the documents needed for primary source verification and credentialing of clinical staff with third party payors. Credentialing delays often result in rejected claims and the loss of revenue to the center. By outsourcing this work to CHCACT Credentialing Services, community health centers can save time and money.

CHCACT in partnership with the NCQA Certified Verification Organization, Community Care Network of Virginia, will process credentialing applications and conduct primary source verification for new hires, track when providers are due for re-appointments and make sure that all files and licenses are up to date.
